What makes your business stand out?
We are locally owned by Big Country doctors and provide affordable healthcare services to the community through two convenient locations here in Abilene and three additional locations in Big Spring, Stephenville and Wichita Falls. We offer a Healthcare membership program to people that are uninsured or to those who have high insurance deductibles to help give them access to urgent care services at a discounted rate. We even offer Employer memberships to companies that would like to assist their employees with healthcare cost as well as college plans per semester for students and their families. Our mission is to make Urgent care services easily accessible and cost-effective.

Working with the Chamber not only helps keep us informed on what's happening in the community but it also helps us connect with other business owners and like minded entrepreneurs striving to provide the best hospitality and service in the Big Country.
What culture do you provide within your company?
We encourage positivity and growth within our employees. We want our employees to feel like family. We strive to provide exceptional service and our goal is to not only be an employer of choice but the Urgent Care of choice for individuals and businesses seeking healthcare in the community. By creating a comfortable and family-oriented environment for our employees, they are in turn able to mirror that same respect and compassion onto our patients.
How do you give back to the community?
We opened a drive-thru Covid Testing clinic during the peak of the pandemic to accommodate patients comfort and safety by allowing them to stay in their own vehicles while being seen by a Provider. We're also offering a membership program to Employers and individuals for those uninsured or with high insurance deductibles to help give them access to urgent care services at a discounted rate. We care about our Big Country families and reinvest in numerous charity events, local business offerings, school sports sponsorships, and in the spring, offer sports physical clinics to our area school districts at little to no charge.
