Chamber involvement is so important to have that interaction and build relationships with other business owners in the community. Being a small business owner is one of the hardest things you can do, its great to have a community of others that understand the successes and struggles that you face.
What culture do you provide within your company?
It is a very fun work environment, we collaborate on events, styles, brands to carry. I have daily rewards for goals being met and positive feedback. I love for my stylist to use their talents to put the personal touch on the boutique, from styling tables, mannequins, signs, displays, and social media.
How do you give back to the community?
In the past seven months that we have been open we have had the opportunity to donate clothes to a family that lost their home in a fire. Countless items and gift card donations made to local non-profits. Alliance for Women and Children, Beyond Trafficking, BBB, Philharmonic, Boys Ranch, B to name a few.
