Our members consistently highlight the value of exposure to new opportunities—whether it’s gaining visibility for themselves and their businesses or networking with fellow Chamber members.
One aspect that I, like many others in Abilene, deeply appreciate is the rich cultural diversity within our community. Each year, the Chamber brings together both opportunity and culture in a single, vibrant event.
Business Mercado, one of my personal favorite events, is a dynamic event that brings businesses and families together while celebrating Hispanic culture. This year, it’s proudly sponsored by Arrow Ford, Telemundo Abilene, and Optimum, and is guided by the Chamber’s Hispanic Business Council. Mark your calendars for Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Abilene Convention Center from 10 am to 2 pm.
Business Mercado is more than just a showcase of products and services; it’s open to all businesses and serves as a bridge to the Hispanic consumer. Unlike our other trade shows, this event focuses on building strong business-to-consumer relationships while still offering the chance to connect with fellow business owners.
We hope you can join us for this high-energy, family-friendly event with lively mariachis, Ballet Folklorico performances, and fun activities throughout the day.
Booth spaces are filling up quickly, so if you haven’t reserved yours yet, now’s the time! Contact Hudson Ewing (hudson@abilenchamber.com) today to secure your spot.
This event stands out as one of my top picks of the year. It’s truly inspiring to see the Chamber’s Hispanic Business Council come together to create such an exciting opportunity for businesses and consumers alike.
Bring the whole family and join us!
Onward!
