The Abilene Young Professionals (AYP), a program of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce, is thrilled to announce 2025’s Top 20 Under 40 recipients.

The program recognizes 20 young professionals who are outstanding in their field and are making a difference in the Abilene community. Nominations are requested from the public and an anonymous selection committee made up of a diverse group of business professionals select the recipients. The 2025 class of 20 Under 40 recipients adds to the growing number of young professionals making a significant impact in our region, continuing the legacy of those who have left their mark over the years.

The number of young people, from all walks of life, who make our community better each and every day is growing. This is a distinct advantage for Abilene and the region as we work together to grow jobs and capital investment.

The Chamber looks forward to continuing to support the work of our Abilene Young Professionals program, which fosters leadership development, networking opportunities, and community engagement—key components of our growing effort to attract and retain talent in the Big Country.
